Qualification: A Postgraduate Medical Degree (MD/MS/DNB) in respective discipline from recognised university/Institute. 

Note: If candidates i.e., MD/MS/DNB are not available/eligible in any particular speciality, those who are having 02 years Post Graduate Diploma after M.B.B.S in the concerned speciality can be considered. For the Post of Senior Resident in Emergency Medical Services Department (Casualty) the candidate should possess M.B.B.S Degree and 02 years experience in Emergency Services in recognised Hospital/Institution. MD/DNB in Medicine or M.S/DNB in General Surgery will be preferred.

Skills and Experience 

 Minimum 4-5 years experience working as purchase cum administrative assistant in a reputed organization. Must have good knowledge in e-tender processing. 

 Knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, Email etc. is must. 

Responsibilities: 

 Maintaining & ensuring availability of appropriate stocks & Inventory 

 Generating & follow ups on purchases 

 Vendor Management 

 Follow-up and Co-ordination with vendors 

 Commercial operation - Analysis of quotation, negotiation etc 

 Assist in administrative activities

Age Limit: 35 yrs 

Remuneration: Rs.16000/- - 18,000/-per month (consolidated) based on qualification, experience and knowledge in purchase activities. 

Appointment will be for a period of six months.
