• M. Sc Textiles and Clothing (Home Science) with or without NET Qualification (or)
• B.Tech Textile (with teaching/Industrial experience at least one year) (or)
• Diploma in Fashion Designing along with Diploma in Costume and Dress making with MBA in apparel merchandising or MBA in Operation management
•  Additional qualification: Diploma/ Certificate Course in CAD/PGDCA/DCA

Job Location: Kerala

Scale of Pay : Rs. 22,000/- per month for NET Qualified candidates and 20,000/- for Non NET
candidates (consolidated salary)

CONSULTANT CEMENT MANUFACTURING & ALLIED MATERIALS HANDLING (ON CONTRACT):
Qualification	Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. Those with Post Graduate in Management (Full Time) from reputed institution or those with proven international exposure will have an added advantage.
Experience	Minimum 18 years experience in different levels of management out of which 5 years in a senior managerial position in Cement Industry. Those with experience in Public Sector will have an added advantage.
Age	Not to exceed 65 years. (Retired hands with   the above experience are also eligible to apply)
Duration	Duration expected for the intended work contract is 3 years. However the continuation of the work contract for 2nd and subsequent years will be based on annual evaluation of performance by the Managing Director.
Compensation	All inclusive monthly consolidated amount equivalent to starting pay of General Manager of Malabar Cements Limited, which at present works out to Rs.93,500/- (Basic+DA+Interim Allowance+HRA). 5% increment will be given on the consolidated pay in the event of extension. Conveyance from residence to work stations and back will be provided.
The consultant will report to the Managing Director and render all Technical and Engineering support besides to oversee critical functions related to Production, Engineering and Procurements for the MCL Plant at Walayar. EMPANELLING OF LEGAL CONSULTANT
Malabar Cements Limited, a fully owned Government of Kerala Undertaking, having a turnover of more than 350 Crores annually and dealing with a large base of clientele is looking for Advocates based at Palakkad for considering as Empanelled Legal Consultant for appearing on behalf of Malabar Cements Ltd in Courts, Tribunals, Authorities etc at Palakkad as well as in other places as per the requirement of the Company. The applicant should have: 1. Thorough knowledge regarding Labour Laws, Industrial Laws, Civil Laws, Criminal Laws, Contractual Laws, Tax Laws, Corporate Laws etc. 2. Should be expert in pleading, drafting of agreements, plaints, written statement, petitions, counters etc at district level and apex courts in India. 3. Should be a practicing lawyer in a Courts, Tribunals authorities etc. 4. Should be able to defend and protect the interest of Malabar Cements Ltd in legal dispute in any Forum. 5. Should have active practice in Bar for not less than 15 years out of which at least 5 years as Independent Lawyer. 6. Shall be able to advice in Legal Matters referred to him.
