Selection Process
The selection process consists of two main stages:
Shortlisting: Meeting the minimum qualifications and experience does not guarantee an interview. The Bank's Shortlisting Committee will decide the criteria for shortlisting, and only selected candidates will be invited for an interview.
Interview: The interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks for the interview will be decided by the Bank. A merit list will be prepared based on interview scores, with candidates ranked in descending order of their scores. In case of a tie, the candidates will be ranked by age (older candidates ranked higher).
