MOIL Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications for MOIL:

1. Mine Foreman-I (NE-08):

   • Qualifications: Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying and valid Mine Foreman’s certificate or Manager’s certificate (Second or First Class Unrestricted).
   • Experience: 3 years post-certification experience.

2. Sel. Gr. Mine Foreman (NE-09):

   • Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech in Mining or equivalent with valid Mine Foreman’s certificate or Manager’s certificate (Second or First Class Unrestricted).
   • Experience: 1 year post-certification experience OR Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying with 3 years of relevant experience OR SSC with 6 years of experience.

3. Mine Mate Gr.-I (NE-05):

   • Qualifications: SSC Pass with valid Mine Mate Certificate of Competency.
   • Experience: 3 years as a Mine Mate in a reputed Mining Company.

4. Blaster Gr.-II (NE-04):

   • Qualifications: SSC Pass with Blaster’s Certificate of Competency.
   • Experience: 1 year as a Blaster in a mining organization.

5. Winding Engine Driver-II (NE-05):

   • Qualifications: SSC Pass with 1st Class Winding Engine Driver Certificate of Competency.
   • Experience: 3 years as Winding Engine Driver after obtaining a 2nd Class Winding Engine Driver Certificate.

Age Limit for MOIL (As of 25.03.2025):

• Mine Foreman-I (NE-08): Up to 45 years
• Sel. Gr. Mine Foreman (NE-09): Up to 45 years
• Mine Mate Gr.-I (NE-05): Up to 40 years
• Blaster Gr.-II (NE-04): Up to 35 years
• Winding Engine Driver-II (NE-05): Up to 40 years

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST applicants: 5 years
• OBC applicants: 3 years
• PwBD (Gen/EWS): 10 years
• PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
• PwBD (OBC): 13 years
• Ex-Servicemen: As per Govt. policy
