Project Title : "Functional studies on the IncRNAs of Plasmodium falciparum and its role in antigenic variation process"
Qualification : Candidates must have first class Masters Degree in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or any other relevant subjects with good academic records. The candidates in final year of M.Sc (Results awaited) are also encouraged to apply, however the candidate should be qualified at the time of interview. Desirable : Qualification in National Eligibility Test [CSIR-UGC NET Including LS /GATE/ DBT-JRF/ ICMR-JRF etc.]. The work includes cultivation of malarial parasite under laboratory conditions, therefore prior experience with cell culture work would be recommended.

Duration: Three years or till termination of the project whichever is earlier. The initial appointment will be given for 2 years and further extension will be based on the performance.
