Job Description

* Handling Inbound calls. Solving customer queries.
* Building rapport with customers and retain them by providing quality service.
* No SALES/TARGET

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience.
• Male Candidates Only
• Must be fluent in Hindi & English. In addition to it must be fluent in Kananda or Malayalam or Telugu.
• Good communication skills.
• Passion in customer service.
• Positive attitude to grow in a BPO industry.

CTC : Best in the Industry. Salary hike twice in a year.

Note :Candidates pursuing Regular college cannot be considered.
