Kerala State Backward Classes Development Corporation Ltd (KSBCDC) is a Private Limited Company fully owned by the Government of Kerala, registered under the Companies Act 1956 on 28-02-1995 with its Registered Office at Thiruvananthapuram. The Corporation has offices in all the 14 Districts of the State and 6 Taluk level Sub District Offices. Our Mission is "Freedom from Poverty and Backwardness" of the targeted communities in the State of Kerala.

KSBCDC is the State Channelizing Agency of two National Agencies – National Backward Classes Finance & Development Corporation (NBCFDC) and National Minorities Development & Finance Corporation (NMDFC). KSBCDC is a Non Banking Financial Company registered under Reserve Bank of India and primarily engaged in financial lending to the peoples belonged to backward and minority communities living below double the poverty line for setting up of employment ventures. KSBCDC implements various schemes including self employment, education loans, micro finance, marriage assistance, assistance for seeking foreign employment, working capital, house maintenance, personal loan etc. The annual turnover of the Corporation is about `.550 crores.  

Kerala State Backward Classes Development Corporation Ltd conducting a walk- in-interview for the selection of a full-time General Manager (HRM & Admn) on contract basis for one year or till regular appointment is made, whichever is earlier.

Nature of work : Matters related to Human Resource Management, Administration & Personnel of the Corporation. 

Qualification : MBA in HR/Personal Management from a recognized University or from an Institute recognized by Central/State Governments.  

Experience : 5 years experience in a Supervisory cadre in the Personal and Administrative wing of a Government/Quasi Government firm or in a Company Registered under Indian Companies Act. Experience should be one acquired after obtaining MBA.

 Remuneration : Monthly consolidated pay will be fixed on negotiation. 

Age : Below 60 years
