experience to be posted as Plumber-cum-Electrician on contract basis in NUALS.
Qualifications : ITI in Electrical Engineering
Experience :
1) Five year experience in Plumbing and Electrical works and maintenance and repair works in reputed Institutions like Universities or any major private institutions.
2) Experience in Sub-station Operation and Maintenance.
3) Knowledge in Sound Engineering.
The duties involve presence in the University round the clock and attend to the duties of operating the lifts in the University, Generator and Sound System, as and when required, besides the electrical and plumbing repairs in the University buildings.
Applications are to be submitted in the prescribed application form, which can be downloaded from the University website
Application fee : Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three hundred only) [Rs. 100 /- (Rupees One Hundred only) for Candidates belonging to SC/ ST Communities].
The Application Fee has to be remitted by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘the Registrar, NUALS’, payable at Ernakulam.
Remuneration : To be fixed by the Executive Council
The selected person will have to stay inside the campus, to be available as and when required and accommodation will be provided inside the campus
Retired persons with required qualifications and experience can also apply.
The last date for receipt of applications in the University will be 5.00 p.m. on 25.02.2016.
