1. JPF 21 First Class B.E/ B.Tech or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering or in related areas. Experience in following is preferred: 1. Should have involved in design, fabrication and integration of the experimental facilities like those involved in rocket injector spray characterization studies and should have independently performed the experiments in the facilities. 2. Significant exposure to setting up components and facilities for optical and laser diagnostics experiments like Schlieren Mie Scattering Visualization, PLIF, etc; and independently perform the flow diagnostics experiments. 3. Hands on experience in instrumentation associated with the experimental facilities like pressure, temperature, flow meter and process control sensors to the experimental facilities and data acquisition and control using commercially available software Labview. Rs.20,000/-
2. JPF 22 First Class B.E/B.Tech or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering or in related areas with good understanding of Electrical Machines. Rs. 20,000/-
3. JPF 23 First Class B.E/B.Tech or equivalent degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Electronics and Tele-Communication or in related areas with thorough understanding of digital communication, especially information theory. Programming skills in Matlab, VHLD/Verilog is desirable. Rs. 20,000/-
4. JPF 24 First Class B.E/B.Tech or equivalent degree in Electronics and Communication or in related areas with hands on experience in VLSI Design tools for at least one year with good knowledge in Circuit Design. Rs. 20,000/-
5. JPF 25 First Class MSc degree in Physics with good experience in Plasma Physics and Plasma Diagnostics. Rs. 20,000/-
6. SPF 14 First class M.E/M.Tech/MS or equivalent degree in Computer Science/Digital Image Processing/ Remote Sensing/ Geoinformatics/ Signal Processing or in related areas. Following is desirable: 1. Good programming skills with experience in computer graphics and virtual reality application development. 2. Experience in C / C++/ Python/ 3dsMax/ Maya/ blender/ GPGPU/ WebGL or related programming skills. 3. Sound Mathematical background with interest in Virtual Reality/ Computer Graphics Simulations. Rs. 22,000/-
7. SPF 15 First Class M.E/M.Tech or equivalent degree in Power Electronics/ Control Systems/ Power Systems with sufficient exposure in Power Electronics: 1. Thorough understanding of conventional DC-DC Converter and their Controller design in domain frequency is required. 2. Understanding of soft switching techniques is desirable. 3. Should be proficient in MATLAB/SPICE Software and setting up and debugging circuits on Bread board/general purpose PCBs. Rs. 22,000/-
8. SPF 16 First Class M.E/ M.Tech or equivalent degree in Optical Engineering/ Electrical/ Electronics and Communication Engineering or in related areas. Candidates having knowledge in Optics and programming skills are preferred. Rs. 22,000/-

2.  The tenure of Project Fellow is for a period of ONE YEAR and extendable on performance and need basis.
3. Candidates should enclose self-attested true copies of the relevant certificates/ testimonials along with the application.
4.  Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/ PWD should produce copies of the relevant certificates issued by the Competent Authority to that effect.
5. A ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the employer concerned is required in respect of those applicants who are employed under Central /State Government/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies.
6. Only short listed candidates will be called for Written test/Interview, as the case may be.
7. Candidates shortlisted for Written test / Interview should appear in person with original Certificates proving educational qualification, age, caste, experience etc., along with any other relevant information.
8.  No travelling or any other allowances is admissible for attending the Written test/Interview.
9.  The Institute reserves the right not to fill up the position, if it so decides.
