Educational Qualification:
1. General Manager (Finance & Administration) - MBA (Finance) from IIM or a Nationally reputed institution with post qualification experience of 15 years of which at least 5 years at a senior management level in a large organization I Public Sector Undertakings. Chartered Accountants with outstanding record in large commercial organisations / Public Sector Undertakings can also apply
2. General Manager (Technical) - B.Tech with MBA from IIM or a Nationally reputed institution with post qualification experience of 15 years of which at least 5 years at a senior management level in a large manufacturing or transport/ logistics related organisation / Public Sector Undertakings.
3. Deputy General Manager (Operations) - B.Tech with MBA from IIM or a Nationally reputed institution rvith post qualification experience of 10 years at a rniddle management level in a large manufacturing or (Negotiable) service undertaking / Public Sector Undertakings
4. Deputy General Manager (Technical) - B.Tech (Mechanical/Autornobile Engineering) and MBA frorn IIM or a Nationaily reputed institution with post qualification experience of 10 years at a middle management level in a large manufacturing or commercial organisation / Public Sector IJndertakings
Age Limit:
Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed 50 Years.
Pay Scale:
1. General Manager (Finance & Administration) - Rs. 1.5 lakh (Negotiable)
2. General Manager (Technical) - Rs. 1.5 lakh (Negotiable)
3. Deputy General Manager (Operations) - Rs. 1 lakh (Negotiable)
4. Deputy General Manager (Technical) - Rs. 1 lakh (Negotiable)
5. Chartered Accountants / Cost Accountants - Rs. 75000/-
