Educational Qualification:

1. Manager (Vet./P&I) - Must possess a Degree in Vety. Science from a recognized University. Must have registered with Vety. Council
2. Technician (Lab) - 1. Must possess a pass in SSLC or its equivalent. 2. Must possess 2 years Diploma in Lab (Technician) issued by the Govt. / Govt. approved Institutions
3. Junior Executive (Office) - Must be a Graduate in any discipline and pass in Cooperative Training as detailed in Rc.No. 51928/2013/SF2 dated 18.07.2013 of the Registrar of Cooperative societies, Chennai. Exemption for holders of degree in B.A (Co.op) / B.Com (Co.op) from passing cooperative training
4. Technician (Refrigeration) - 1. Pass in SSLC or its equivalent. 2. ITI Certificate in Refrigeration & Air conditioner Mechanic with NTC (or) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
5. Technician (Electrical) - 1. SSLC / X Std. Pass. 2. Must possess ITI in the trade of Electrician with National Trade Certificate and Lineman/Wireman ‘B’ Licence (or) Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and ‘C’ Licence.
6. Senior Factory Assistant. - Must have passed +2 (or) Must possess ITI in any trade.

7. Technician (Lab) - 1. Must possess a pass in 10th / SSLC or its equivalent. 2. Must possess 2 years Diploma in Lab (Technician) issued by the Govt. / Govt. approved institutions. 3. 10 years experience in MPCS. 4. Should have remaining service of minimum 5 years.
8. Extension Officer Grade II - 1. Must be a graduate in any discipline and have passed in Cooperative training and completion of 10 years of service in MPCS (or) 1. A pass in 10th Std. / SSLC exam or its equivalent and have passed in Cooperative Training with 15 years experience in MPCS. 3. Should have remaining service of minimum 5 years. Exemption for holders of degree in B.A(Co.op) / B.Com (Co.op) from passing Cooperative training.
9. Junior Executive (Typing) - 1. Must be a graduate in any discipline with Typewriting Higher Grade in English and Lower Grade in Tamil. b. Pass in Co-operative Training. Exemption for holders of degree in B.A. (Co.op) / B.Com (Co.op) from passing cooperative training. c. Must have completed 10years of service in MPCS. d. Should have remaining service of minimum of 5 years.
10. Junior Executive (Office) - a. Must be a graduate in any discipline. b. Must have passed in Cooperative Training. Exemption for holders of degree in B.A. (Co.op) / B.Com (Co.op) from passing Co.op. Training. c. Must have completed 10 years of service in MPCS. d. Should have remaining service of minimum of 5 years.
11. Technician (Plant Operator) - 1. Must be a holder of ITI certificate in trade of Refrigeration & Airconditioning / Fitter / Dairy Mechanic / Electrician / Wireman / Instrumentation with NTC (or) Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical and Electronics / Instrumentation and Control Engineering. 2. 5 years experience in MPCS. 3. Should have remaining service of minimum 5 years.
12. Technician (Refrigeration) - 1. Pass in 10th Std. / SSLC or its equivalent 2. ITI Certificate inRefrigeration & Airconditioning Mechanic with NTC (or) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 3. Must possess 5 years experience in MPCS. 4. Should have remaining service of minimum 5 years.
