Educational Qualification:
1. Steno Typist Grade III (Temporary Basis) - S.S.L.C Passed & Technical Qualification:- i) Both Tamil & English Typewriting Senior Grade (or) ii) Tamil Typewriting Senior Grade and English Typewriting Junior Grade(or) iii) Tamil Typewriting Junior Grade and English Typewriting Senior Grade and i) Both Tamil & English Shorthand Higher Grade (or) ii) Tamil Shorthand Senior Grade and English Shorthand Junior Grade (or) iii) Tamil Shorthand Junior Grade and English Shorthand Senior Grade
2. Junior Assistant (Temporary Basis) - S.S.L.C Passed
3. Computer Operator (Temporary Basis) - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / ComputerApplications from a recognized University of Indian Union or a Bachelor's Degree in B.A., / B.Sc., / B.Com., from a recognized University of Indian Union with a Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized university. & Technical Qualification :- Typewriting Junior Grade (English and Tamil)

6. Driver - VIII Std Passed & LMV Driving License (in force) with 5 Years Experience & HMV Driving License (in force) will be given preference.
7. Office Assistant - VIII Std Passed. Candidates having Light (or) Heavy Vehicle Driving License in force will be given preference
8. Nightwatchman - Candidate must be able to read and write in Tamil

For the post of Steno Typist Grade III and Junior Assistant written test, skill test and oral interview will be conducted.
For the post of Computer Operator, Senior Bailiff, Xerox operator both skill test, written test and oral interview and for the post of Office Assistant, Night Watchman, Sanitary Workers, Sweeper and Masalchi only oral interview will be conducted.
