Educational Qualification:
1. General Manager (Finance & Administration) - MBA (Finance) from IIM or a Nationally reputed institution with post qualification experience of 15 years of which at: least 5 years at a senior management level in a large organization. Chartered Accountants with outstanding record in large commercial organisations can also apply
2. General Manager (Technical) - B.Tech with MBA from IIM or a nationally reputed institution with post qualification experience of 15 years of which at least 5 years at a senior Management level in a large manufacturing or transport/ logistics related organisation.
3. Deputy General Manager (Finance & Administration) - MBA (Finance) From IIM or a nationally reputed institution with post qualification experience of 10 years at a middle management level in a large commercial or Manufacturing Organisation
4. Deputy General Manager (Operations) - B.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile Engineering) and MBA from IIM or a nationally reputed institution with post qualification experience of 10 years All a middle management level in a large manufacturing or commercial
5. Deputy General Manager (Technical) - B.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile Engineering) and MBA from IIM or a nationally reputed institution with post qualification experience of 10 years All a middle management level in a large manufacturing or commercial
6. Chartered Accountants / Cost Accountants - Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India with 10 years experience in a reputed organization.
Age Limit:
Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed 50 years & For DGM/Chartered Accountants 45 years.
