Applications are invited for Research Officer and Research Nurse (temporary posts) for a
clinical trial in the Department of Neonatology, JIPMER:
Title of the clinical trial: Evaluating the efficacy and safety of an innovative and affordable Goat Lung Surfactant for the treatment of respiratory distress syndrome in preterm neonates: a multi-site randomized clinical trial
Research Officer - Total No: 1 (One)
Duration: Temporary post; time bound for a period of 18 months, starting May-June 2016
Qualifications: Graduate degree in medical field (e.g. MBBS), preferably with experience in clinical research. Computer and data entry skills are mandatory.
Desirable: Experience in antenatal and postnatal counseling, fluency in Tamil.
Age limit: Upper age limit 35 years
Salary: Consolidated salary of Rs. 75,000/- per month
Research Nurse - Total No: 4 (Four)
Duration: Temporary post; time bound for a period of 18 months, starting May-June 2016
Qualifications: BSc Nursing.
Desirable: Experience in antenatal and postnatal counseling, data entry and computer skills, fluency in Tamil.
Age limit: Upper age limit 30 years
Salary: Consolidated salary of Rs. 30,000/- per month
