TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) Apply in prescribed format enclosed herewith on or before 31.12.2014 to The District Programme
Manager, National Health Mission (Arogyakeralam), B-3 Block, Civil station, Malappuram.
2) Candidates with Auxiliary Nurse – Midwifery certificate with Kerala Nurses and Midwives council registration is essential.
3) Recruitment will be initially for a period of 3 months, which may be extended based on performance of the candidate. The individuals appointed under NHM on contract basis, will have to enter into a contract with Society.
5) The undersigned will have the power to relax age, qualifications for the post. The selected candidate should be willing to relocate anywhere in the District.
6) The applicants should have basic knowledge in computer operation.
7) Selection will be based on qualifications and experience and performance in the interview/written test.
8) Candidates who have attended regular classes in colleges under recognized Universities need only apply.
9) Claims in respect of qualifications, experience etc. Should be supported by copies of relevant documents; candidates may be required to produce the originals at the time of interview.
10) The posts are temporary in nature during the period of the operation of the Mission. The contract of the selected candidates may be extended according to the directions of GoI/GoK/Governing body in the matter and no claim for permanency of job or labour claims to the NHM, DHS or the Government.
11) The total numbers of positions stated as above are the requirements as on date and it is likely that more number of candidates may be taken as contract from the selected list prepared in the process.
12) No TA/DA will be paid for the interview/written test.
