Qualification : PG/M.Tech – Civil Engineering/Earth Science/Meteorology/

Physical Oceanography/Geography/Geology/Geotechnical

Engineering/Earth quack Engineering/MBA Disaster Management.

Experience : 15 years experience – Marine/Natural hazard /Landslide /Cyclone Disaster Management

2. Climate Science – No. of vacancies - 1

Qualification : M.Sc. Physics/Atmospheric Survey/Environment/Climatology/Physical Oceanography.

Experience : 15 years experience – Climate Modeling/Predictor/Structural/

Confrontational Oceanography

3. Integrated Coastal Zone Management – No. of vacancies - 1

Qualification : M.Tech./M.E./M.Sc./Ph.D in Mari science/Coastal Zone

Management / Civil Engineering/Environmental Engineering/

Coastal Engineering/Harbour Engineering/Coastal Oceanography/Remote Sensing

Experience : 15 years experience at any one of the above area. Proven record of

curriculum development, Co-ordinating Academic progress/Teaching

Research activities pertaining in any of the above area.

Desirable qualification for the above five posts

1. Proven track record of curriculum development in the relevant faculty.
2. Monitoring and implementation of Research projects and Research
3. Age – Maximum 65 years
4. Remuneration – Rs.50,000/month, likely to be hiked.

Job requirement

1. Curriculum development and teaching
2. Co-ordinate various activities of the course.
3. Preparation of Research projects.
4. Guidance to students.
