SIFL is a profit making and growing Company engaged in the manufacture of advanced types of  forgings in Steel, Aluminium, Titanium and Nickel Alloys catering to the needs of Aerospace, Defence, Railways, Oilfield, Heavy Engineering and Automobile Sectors. The Company, on the threshold of expansion, is looking for dynamic professionals as follows:

Job Profile, Qualification & Experience, etc.
1. COMPANY SECRETARY
The incumbent shall be entrusted with the entire Company Secretary functions of the Company and shall report to the Chief Executive Officer. Essential Qualification: Graduate with Associate member of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India.

Desirable: 1) Associate member of Institute of Cost Accountants of  India / Chartered Accountants of India.
2) LLB.Experience: 8 years post qualification experience in the Company Secretary Function of a reputed industry or organization.Selected candidate will be posted in the scale of pay of Rs. 12000-16700 (under revision) plus DA and HRA as the case may be. Emoluments at the minimum of the scale shall be around 
Rs.43,200/-. For candidates having lesser experience, lower post will be considered.

2. DEPUTY MANAGER (A&HRD)
The incumbent shall be entrusted with the Administration and Human Resource Development functions of the Company and shall report to the General Manager (A&HRD).Essential Qualification: Master Degree in Social Work (MSW-PM&IR) or Master Degree in Personnel Management / Human Resource Management or Equivalent Post Graduate Diploma.
Experience: 6 years post qualification experience in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations in a reputed industry or organization.


Selected candidate will be posted in the scale of pay of Rs. 8000-15300 (under revision) plus DA  and HRA as the case may be. Emoluments at the minimum of the scale shall be around Rs.28,800/-.

3. DEPUTY MANAGER / MANAGER(Marketing)

The incumbent shall be entrusted with the Marketing functions of the Company and shall report to the General Manager (Marketing).
Essential: Mechanical Engineering Graduate from a recognized University.
Desirable: MBA (Marketing)
Experience: 6yrs/9yrs post qualification experience in Heavy Engineering industry in Marketing field.

Selected candidate possessing 6yrs Post qualification experience will be posted in the scale of pay  of Rs. 8000-15300 (under revision) plus DA and HRA in Deputy Manager level. Emoluments at the minimum of the scale shall be around Rs.28,800/-.
Candidates possessing 9yrs Post qualification experience will be posted in the scale of pay of  Rs.10600-16000 (under revision) plus DA and HRA in Manager level. Emoluments at the minimum of the scale shall be around Rs.38,160/-.

For all the above posts, the age limit is 45years as on 01.07.2014.Additional benefits include HRA,  Medical Reimbursement, Leave Encashment, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Conveyance Allowance, Accident Insurance etc. Higher start can be considered in cases having higherqualification and experience. Relaxation in age applicable as per rules.The Management reserves its right to relax age, qualification and experience in exceptional cases.
