1. SENIOR MANAGER (A&HRD)
The incumbent shall be entrusted with the entire Administration and Human Resource
Development functions of the Company and shall report to the Chief Executive Officer.
Essential Qualification: Master Degree in Social Work (MSW-PM&IR) or Master Degree in
Personnel Management / Human Resource Management or
Equivalent Post Graduate Diploma.
Desirable: 1) LLB.
Experience: 12 years post qualification experience in Human Resource
Management and Industrial Relations in a reputed industry or
organization having an employee strength of more than 100
numbers.
