Steel and Industrial Forgings Limited is a profit making and growing Company engaged in the manufacture of advanced types of forgings in Steel, Aluminium, Titanium and Nickel Alloys catering to the needs of Aerospace, Defence, Railways, Oilfield, Heavy Engineering and Automobile Sectors. The Company, on the threshold of expansion, is looking for dynamic professionals as follows:

Job Profile, Qualification & Experience, etc. 

1. SENIOR MANAGER (A&HRD) 

The incumbent shall be entrusted with the entire Administration and Human Resource Development functions of the Company and shall report to the Chief Executive Officer. 

Essential Qualification: Master Degree in Social Work (MSW-PM&IR) or Master Degree in Personnel Management / Human Resource Management or Equivalent Post Graduate Diploma. 

Desirable: 1) LLB. 

Experience: 12 years post qualification experience in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations in a reputed industry or organization having an employee strength of more than 100 numbers.

The age limit is 45years as on 01.07.2015.Selected candidate will be posted in the scale of pay of Rs. 12000-16700 (under revision) plus DA and HRA as the case may be. Emoluments at the minimum of the scale shall be around Rs.44,640/-. For candidates having lesser experience, lower post will be considered.

2. DEPUTY MANAGER (Finance) 

The incumbent shall be entrusted with the Accounting and Financial functions of the Company and shall report to the Deputy General Manager (Finance).

Essential Qualification: CA/CMA 

Experience: 3 years post qualification experience

the age limit is 35years as on 01.07.2015. Selected candidate will be posted in the scale of pay of Rs. 8000-15300 (under revision) plus DA and HRA as the case may be. Emoluments at the minimum of the scale shall be around Rs.29,760/-.

Additional benefits includes HRA, Medical Reimbursement, Leave Encashment, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Conveyance Allowance, Accident Insurance etc. Higher start can be considered in cases having higher qualification and experience. Relaxation in age applicable as per rules. The Management reserves its right to relax age, qualification and experience in exceptional cases.
