Educational Qualification:
Engineering Graduates (Mechanical/Electrical) - Engineering Graduates (Mech/Ele) having minimum 60% and above marks
Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical /Electrical) - Diploma holders (Mech/Ele) having 60% and above marks
Technically Qualified NAC/ITI holders ITI holders - in relevant field having 60% and above marks
Graduate with Professional Qualification - MBA in HR or Operations with 60% and above marks
Experience - One year apprentice training in HMT or from any other reputed organization or having one year working experience in any reputed organization in relevant field
Age Limit: (As on 01.01.2018)
Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed 30 Years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Pay Scale:
Remuneration
1. Engineering Graduates (Executive-Technical-A - A consolidated remuneration of Rs.13000/- pm and Rs.13500/- pm during th
2. Diploma in Engineering (senior associate-B) - A consolidated remuneration of Rs.9700/- pm and Rs.10200/- pm during the first and the second year of engagement, respectively
3. Technically Qualified NAC/ITI holders - Junior Associate- A - A consolidated remuneration of Rs.8000/- pm and Rs.8500/- pm during the first and the second year of engagement, respectively
4. MBA Qualified candidate in HR or Ops - Executive - A consolidated remuneration of Rs.10000/- pm and Rs.10500/- pm during the first and the second year of engagement, respectively. Applicable statutory deductions and TDS shall apply for all positions
