Age Limit: Candidates age should be 15 to 22 years for Post 1a to 2b, 15 to 24 years for Post 3a to 3b.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed 10th class under 10, +2 System of Education or its equivalent for post 1b to 1d, have passed 10th class under 10+2 System of Education with Science and Mathematics as one of the subjects or its equivalent for Post 1a, 2a, have passed 12th class under 10, +2 system of education with Physics, Chemistry and Biology for Post 3a to 3c.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on merit list.

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 100/- by crossed Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of the Workshop Personnel Officer, Carriage and Wagon Works, Southern Railway, Perambur, Chennai – 600023 and payable at Chennai. No fee for SC/ ST/ PWD/ Female candidates.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their application in prescribed format along with application in prescribed format, attested copies of date of birth, qualification, caste certificates with fee, in an envelop must be superscribed as “Application for the Post of ————-” by ordinary post to the Workshop Personnel Officer, Office of the Chief Workshop Manager, Carriage and Wagon Works, Southern railway, Ayanavaram, Chennai – 600023 on or before 15-07-2017 by 17:00 Hrs.
