Age Limit: Candidates upper age should be 45 years as on 01-07-2017 (shall be born on or after 01-07-1972) for Post 1, 35 years as on 01-07-2017 (should be born on or after 01-07-1982). Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBBS with Registration under the Indian Medical Council/ State Medical Council & Certificate of Training in Industrial Health of minimum 3 months duration recognised by the State Government or Diploma in Industrial Health or equivalent with relevant experience.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 1000/- in the form of non-refundable Demand Draft drawn in favour of The Fertilisers And Chemicals Travancore Ltd, payable at Udyogamandal (State Bank of India, Dena Bank, Bank of India). SC/ ST/ PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their application in the prescribed format along with self attested copies of certificates to prove age, qualifications, experience, caste certificate, Demand Draft, in an envelope should be superscribed as “Application for the post of Assistant Medical Superintendent/ Medical Officer–FACT 2017” to the Assistant General Manager (HR), Human Resources Department, FEDO Building, FACT Ltd., Udyogamandal, Kerala – 683 501 on or before 26-07-2017.
