Applications are invited for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in Department of Atomic Energy, Board of Research in Nuclear Science (DAE-BRNS) funded research project entitled “Growth and characterization of Organo-metallic Thiocyanate Crystals for nonlinear optical device applications” (Sanction No.34/14/55/2014-BRNS/2104) at VIT University, Chennai- 600127, Tamilnadu.

Post Name: Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Qualification: M.Sc Physics/ Applied Physics/ Materials Science, M.Tech. (Engineering  Physics/ Materials Science) with minimum of 60% Marks. NET/GATE qualified candidate will  be preferred for the post of JRF. Period of Project: Three (03) Years. Fellowship: As per DAE norms (Rs. 25,000 for first two years and Rs. 28,000 for the  subsequent year).  Last date for receipt of application: 30 August 2015.
