Qualification :  B. Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from  a recognized  University/Institution.

Age : Should not exceed 55 years as on 01.01.2014

Experience : In cable industry especially in XLPE to handle HV   Test Transformer, PD Test Equipment, Tan Delta  equipment, Impulse Voltage Test system and heat  cycle test system with 20 years of experience. 

The candidate should also require expertise in testing  the XLPE UG and ABC Cables as Indian and International Standard :-

1. High Voltage Testing

2. In process Insulation Testing 

3. In process Triple Cross Linking Parameters checking 

4. In process Tensile Testing 

5. Resistance Testing 

6. Armouring Lay/formation etc. testing

There will be usual relaxation in the upper age of SC/ST candidates.
