Educational Qualification:
1. Agriculture Specialist / Technical Input Provider - 1. Doctorate Degree in Agronomy/ Agriculture Extension/Soil Science/Plant Breeding/Plant Protection /Crop Improvement having at least 10 years of field experience or Master Degree in above subject with at least 20 years of experience in crop production. 2. The person who was from Department of Agriculture is preferred. 3. Ability to analyze data and preparation of projects, writing reports/seminar notes/ articles as evidenced by publication in national and international journals 4. The person should have the ability of team leadership & motivation. 5. Proficiency both in Tamil and English language is must. 6. Previous experience in TN IAMWARM Project or other project funded by the World Bank with similar assignment is preferred.
2. Accounts Officer - 1. The person who was retired from Department of Treasuries and Accounts is preferred. 2. Good experience in Reconciliation work and accounting. 3. Proficiency both in Tamil and English language is must. 4. Previous experience in TN IAMWRM Project or other project funded by the World Bank with similar assignment is preferred.
3. Data Entry Operator - 1. Graduation with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications or equivalent certificate from a reputed organization or Degree in Computer Application/Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering 2. Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field of work. 3. Good exposure to Excel, Power Point etc. 4. Proficiency in typing of both in Tamil and English language is must. 5. Previous experience in TN IAMWARM Project or other project funded by the World Bank with similar assignment is preferred.
Pay Scale:
1. Agriculture Specialist / Technical Input Provider - Rs.50,000/-
2. Accounts Officer - Rs.25,000/-
3. Data Entry Operator - Rs.15,000/-
