Qualification & Experience : MBA with specialization in Personnel Management OR Masters Degree in Social work or its equivalent with specialization in Industrial Relations Personnel Management. Law degree will be an additional qualification. Should possess at least 7 years experience in managerial position in the field of Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare and Administration matters in a reputed organization.
