Educational Qualification:
1. Asst. Manager- Company Sectt. (Gr-II) - Graduate with an Associate membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Degree in Law preferred. Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in handling secretarial matters including statutory and regulatory compliance and Corporate Governance requirements.
2. Asst. Manager (IT- ERP Technical) (Gr-II) - 60% of marks in B.E/ B.Tech in Computer Science/ IT or 60% marks in MCA. Oracle Advanced PU SQL Developer Certificate preferable. Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in Technical design and developments in Oracle EBS R12 Applications.
3. Asst. Manager (Primary Melting) (Gr-II) - 60% of marks in B.E/ B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering. Minimum of 2 yrs relevant post qualification experience Should have experience on 20 Ton or above capacity Electric Arc Furnace (EAF)/ Ladle Furnace/ VD & VOD in reputed Steel Plant. Experience in Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel & Pit side activities will be preferred
4. Asst. Manager (R&D) (Gr-II) - 60% in M.E/ M.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering. Candidates who have passed out in 2017 or later and willing to work in R&D will be preferred.
5. Manager (Additive Manufacturing R&D) (Gr-IV) - Ph.D in the field of Metallurgy. Should have carried out research in the area of Metal Additive Manufacturing
6. Manager- NDT (Gr-IV) - 60% of marks in B.E/ B.Tech in Metallurgical Material Science/ Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 7 years post qualification experience in the field of NOT of which at least 5 years experience in RT/ UT.
Age Limit:
Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1, 2, 3, 4 - 30 Years), (For Post 5 - 40 Years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.
