the selection of Consultant Company Secretary on contract basis for a period of 6 months as detailed below: 

Nature of work : Work of all Secretarial function under the Companies Act 2013. 

Qualification : Qualification prescribed in Companies (Appointment and Qualifications of  Secretary) Rules 1988 as per Companies Act 

Experience : Practising as Company Secretary with not less than five years (post  qualification experience) 

Age : Below 50 years 

Retainer Fee : Negotiable 

Venue and time of : 16/10/2014 Thursday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Registered Office,
