Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the post of a Junior Research Fellow under the DST-SERB Project “Stochastic Modelling of Non-linear Time Series” in the Department of Statistics, Cochin University of Science and Technology. The tenure of the project is three years. Minimum qualification to apply is first class M.Sc. degree in Statistics from any recognized University. Preference will be given to candidates who cleared CSIR-NET. 

The amount of fellowship will be fixed based on qualifications as per DST-SERB guidelines.

Advertisement for the Post of Junior Research Fellow 

To work in 

Science and Engineering Research Board (DST-SERB) funded Project 

Applications are invited from M.Sc. Physics/Material Science/ Applied Electronics (NET Qualified) students for the post of a Junior Research Fellow to work in a Science and Engineering Research Board (DST-SERB) funded research project on the “Synthesis of new light emitting polymers and fabrication of polymer LEDs with desired characteristics”. The post is purely temporary for a period of three years, offering 

consolidated fellowship of Rs.16,000 (with 20% HRA if university hostel is not availed) per month which can be enhanced to Rs.18,000/- per month during the third year. Computer skills would be considered as a plus point.
