Qualification : SSLC National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Fitter Trade with not less than 60% of marks and National Apprenticeship Certificate.

Stipend : Training period – 2 years I year Stipend-Rs. 8,500/-p.m II year Stipend-Rs. 9,400/-p.m (After completion of training, candidates will be fitted in Grade C pay scale of Rs. 4899-64.50-6189 as per Cement Wage Board)
