Name of Project: Development of Novel metal oxide-graphene based nanocomposite materials for Microsensors and Nanoelectronics device Applications.

Minimum Educational qualification: ( as prescribed by the funding agency) M.Sc. / M.Tech (Physics or Materials Science or nanotechnology) form a recognised University or Institution.

Preference: Prior experience in CVD techniques, nanomaterials characterization, semiconducting devices and lithographic techniques, theoretical modeling (DFT / COMSOL)

Number of Posts: 1

Fellowship amount : Rs 15000/- pm for first two years and Rs 18,000/- pm for next three years.

How to apply
